- In case of cancellation, refund will be processed within 15 days from receipt of the cancellation request with bank details.
- Transaction charges and bank/payment gateway charges will not be refunded.
- Cancellation policies, including any required notice period, may vary based on the rate, dates, property policies, and other factors. The cancellation policy for your reservation will be provided upon booking.
- As a general policy, cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled arrival or no-shows are subject to 100% of the reservation amount as a cancellation charge to the card on file.
- 100% Cancellation Charges, If cancelled within 7 days from the check-in date.
- 50% Cancellation Charges, If cancelled within 10 days from the check-in date.
- 25% Cancellation Charges, If cancelled within 15 days from the check-in date.
- 15% Cancellation Charges, If cancelled in more than 15 days from the check-In date.

The nearest airport and railway station are in Bhuj (about 80 km away). Transfers from Bhuj to the resort are usually available as part of the package or on request.
